Amy Schauwecker is PetSmart’s Sr. Director of Formulation and Engineering for PetSmart's Proprietary Brands.

 

Before PetSmart, Schauwecker worked in research and development, supply chain, and operations for more than 20 years. She’s worked in new product development for J.M. Smucker, Del Monte Foods, Clorox, Unilever, and H.J. Heinz to create pet and human products. 

 

Her masters research studied the qualification of novel non-thermal technologies in collaboration with the FDA, industry, and academia.
